the worst thing about the future

Is that I can't see it. Then I would at least know how to handle the frustrating things in the present.

Things arnt bad, but they arnt good. I just feel unsatisfied.

At some point I would like to be settled. Really settled. With a family.

I'd like that sooner rather than later.

moving onward and upward

richmond was awesome. a great time working and a great time hanging out. i ate awesome fast food that ive missed everyday. haha carl's jr (aka hardees) chipotle, wawa, plus ate awesome BBQ. i made some new friends and hung out with some older friends. the drive home was very long but a lot of fun. i stopped in salisbury, Maryland at Todd Noble's shop "Black Cobra Tattoo." Also drove through Chesapeake Bay, on the Ocean Highway which is 10 miles of bridges and tunnels across the ocean.


back to work yesterday, did one tattoo and finished a painting in a day. new goal: finish 1 painting a day for as long as i can. even if it is something small.

Richmond day 1

Today was a lot of fun, I did 3 tattoos and even got to do a few custom pieces. I will actually try to post some pictures when I get to my computer. I met Brian Bruno, who is hands down one of the nicest and most humble people I have met In a long time. His tattoos are absolutely ridiculous. Tomorrow before the convention Ricky and I are going to stop by his shop in Richmond and nerd out. Also got to see Danny Reed today and hang with Dustin Golden and Matt Sager for sometime.

So far the convention is a great success and I think will overall be a great time.

I'm very happy lately and I plan on keeping it that way. Positive attitudes can get you far in life.

Richmond Virginia Tattoo Convention

So this weekend I'm going to be working the Richmond Tattoo Convention. It should be a pretty good time! i drove down with my buddy Ricky today, and i managed to get a speeding ticket in the first hour of driving. no nonsense binghamton police!

so im going to stay up tonight and sketch out some fun tattoos that i hope to do this weekend. lets see how this works out. tomorrow is day one.


overall i've been feeling actually pretty good, ive been staying busy at work and spending a lot of time drawing and watching movies at home.

i am actually going to be featured in an art show in NYC in july. some of the other artists featured are the likes of: mike rubendall, chris odonnoll, todd noble, chris conn.... just to name a few. to say the least im pretty intimidated! but im trying to remain confident in myself and that i will pull off a few good pieces.

back to BK

Im back in brooklyn, this time just to hang. no agenda. i needed sometime to just relax and not worry about anything.



i spoke to my dad for a while the other night while coming home from driving up north. he had a lot of good advice and he always makes me feel good. im happy that i make him proud and that he constantly encourages me.


the next few months will hopefully bring about a lot of change. we will see.
